About Me

Growing up in the Bristol Hills and graduating from Naples Central School, I followed my artistic passions and earned my BAFA at Alfred University. Ten years later with school-aged children, I knew  it was time for me to go back to school as well. I choose this journey towards health and wellness, earning my Therapeutic Massage and Integrated Health Care degree from Finger Lakes Community College to become a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.
